That’s Inkbound.
The Idea
Most reading apps give you content.
Most story apps give you choices.
But I wanted to create something that does both — beautifully.
Inkbound is an AI-powered interactive fiction app where:
You choose a world — Romance, Adventure, Horror, Mystery, or Sci-Fi.
You start the story… or write your own beginning in your own words.
As you read, you can tap on any word you don’t fully know.
You get its meaning instantly, and you can save it to your personal vocabulary.
After every few chapters, the app gently tests you with a short quiz — not to judge you, but to help you remember and understand the story better.
Why I Built This
I love reading.
But I noticed two problems:
We forget a lot of beautiful words we read.
Most interactive stories feel like games, not like literature.
I wanted to create an experience that feels like a real book — emotional, atmospheric, and literary — but smarter and more personal.
Inkbound is for people who love stories and also want to grow while enjoying them.
It’s for book lovers, language learners, writers, and dreamers.
Special Touches
The character who reads the story with you actually changes expression and mood according to the theme.
The design feels warm, literary, and magical — like sitting in an old library with glowing candles.
Every story feels unique because the AI remembers your choices.
